HI there Shooting Stars family!! I am just sending out this e-mail to let you all know that the power skating sessions will be starting next week! As in past years, we are offering a pre-season Power Skating/Hockey Skills Camp to kick off the season. This is a great opportunity to get your daughters on the ice early, ensuring they are in-shape and ready for both tryouts and the upcoming season(participation is optional). These will be held at the Flesherton & District Arena with dates and times for these sessions scheduled as follows: Sunday, September 18th 4-6pmWednesday, September 14th 5:30-7:30pm Sunday, September 25th 2-4pm Tuesday, September 27th 5:30-7:30pm Each date will be broken up into 2 x 1-hour sessions with the Atom/Peewee players in the first session and Bantam/Midget players in the second session. Please mark these dates in your calendar. The cost will be $75 for the four sessions!! ( if possible please have correct amount!) Please let me know if you will or will not be attending!!!! I need to know #’s for helpers and for the Instructor!! Colleen Harrison will be the Instructor! She has run the power skating sessions last winter for the Markdale skating club, in which quite a few of our ladies participated!!
